Production Supervisor

XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems. We are focused on research and energy development, contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. As part of this expansion in the U.S., XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor to join the team in Mesa, Arizona. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will oversee day-to-day assembly operations at the Mesa production site, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while leading production employees, driving floor accountability, supporting schedule execution, and building a lean culture focused on continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can stay close to the floor, remove production roadblocks, support team performance, reinforce standard work, and help ensure assembly operations run safely, efficiently, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the production team and operators.
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor employee performance.
  • Provide and develop coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure production schedules are adhered to, making resource adjustments as needed to meet schedules.
  • Coordinate with various cross-functional teams to optimize the production flow.
  • Enforce safety regulation and promote a safe working environment.
  • Investigate any incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement and lead continuous improvement efforts for increase efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtime, and employee performance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Monitor, develop, and support standard work activities for yourself and team members.
  • Identify and address any quality related issues in the manufacturing process.
  • Communicate production status and issues to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (i.e. Epicor, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Certification in lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement frameworks are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality assurance tools.
