Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and as a therapist, it is crucial to provide culturally competent and individualized care that respects their unique experiences and values.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural aptitude for building rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in remote counseling platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with specific populations, such as adolescents, veterans, or the LGBTQ+ community, is valued.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to integrate them effectively into therapy sessions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing treatment plans that lead to improved client outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates. Benefits include a 401k retirement plan with company matching contributions, generous paid time off, and observed holidays to promote work-life balance.
