Working at memoryBlue will accelerate your professional growth and place you on the path to success early in your sales career. Whether you're aiming to jump-start a high-tech sales career in Silicon Valley or help us haul in the next crop of talented sales development professionals in our DC Metro Headquarters, we have immediate job openings in all of our offices from coast-to-coast.

We're expanding our Strategic Accounts team and looking for a Sales Manager to lead teams of full-cycle Account Executives and Account Development Representatives who deliver revenue for our clients.

Note: This is an onsite role in either Dallas, Denver, or DC.

The Role

You'll lead and develop a team of AEs and ADRs, running a full-cycle sales campaign for a memoryBlue client.

While you won't carry an individual quota, you'll be accountable for team performance, pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy across your campaign.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 AEs and 2 ADRs
  • Run pipeline reviews, track sales progression, forecast sessions, and deal inspections
  • Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability across the team
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and performance coaching sessions
  • Partner directly with the client to provide performance updates, communicate results, and align on priorities
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on sales strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with memoryBlue leadership and internal teams to ensure the client's goals are being met
  • Help develop and implement strategies that drive consistent revenue growth and long-term client success

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience managing and developing sales professionals in a technology environment
  • Strong understanding of sales development, pipeline generation, and full-cycle sales
  • Proven ability to coach teams toward measurable performance goals
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting, performance management, and decision-making
  • Proficiency using CRM systems to manage pipeline, track sales activity, analyze performance, and maintain accurate sales data
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working directly with senior client stakeholders
  • Highly accountable, organized, and results-oriented

Nice to have

  • Experience working with sales services / outsourced sales models
  • Exposure to multi-client or campaign-based delivery environments
