Sales Operations Specialist
Description:
  • Just like we disrupted hospitality, our Services is redefining the guest experience by bringing premium in-home services directly to stays. Services offers 10 categories (chefs, photography, massage, personal training, nails, etc.) across 260 cities, with new offerings and locations dropping regularly in the app.
  • We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Operations Specialist to be the frontline voice in key Miami neighborhoods. This role focuses on lead generation, conducting in-person sales pitches, and initiating onboarding processes with key services hosts in Miami.
Duties:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential hosts in person, sourcing through online research, cold calling, community engagement, and local networking.
  • Sales Pitches: Deliver persuasive in-person conversations to showcase Services and its offerings, effectively converting interest into host submissions.
  • Onboarding: Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the initial onboarding of new hosts, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped for success.
  • Market Insights: Gather valuable insights from potential hosts and the community to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations in various formats.
  • A curious and scrappy mindset with an eagerness to proactively identify new tactics & approaches to source and close successful leads.
  • learn about and connect with local communities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and leads across various platforms.
  • Clear and positive communicator, both verbally and in writing, with an authentic voice.
  • Passionate about our mission to create belonging and economic opportunity for hosts.
  • Familiarity with social platforms (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Nextdoor) for community engagement and lead generation.
  • Experience with or understanding of small business owners, hosts, or side hustlers is a plus.
  • Based in Miami and deep local knowledge of the market and it’s service offerings.
Compensation:
  • $23.21 – 28.88/hr W—2
