Structured medical data and fraud signals turn months of waiting into days of usable case intelligence, so firms can evaluate, resolve, and finance cases with confidence - and claimants get to resolution faster.

About Marble
The world's most valuable data can't be scraped or bought. Health records, insurance, identity, and legal information are regulated, consent-bound, and locked behind portals, paper, and legacy systems. Marble is the authorization layer that unlocks it: infrastructure for securely accessing, permissioning, and using protected information. We started in health and legal with Medchart and SettLiT, and we're building the consent-driven data network for every regulated industry.

The Opportunity
We're hiring a SaaS Account Executive to grow SettLiT's client base across US plaintiff law firms. You'll own new business end to end - prospecting, building trust with firm decision-makers, and closing, for a product that genuinely changes how firms run their cases. You'll thrive here if you bring a strong B2B SaaS sales track record, sharp communication, and a consultative selling style.

What you'll do
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close, primarily focused on mass tort and personal injury law firms in the US
  • Leverage provided lead lists and tools to book qualified demos and build pipeline, while maintaining high outbound activity
  • Deeply understand our value proposition and tailor demos and proposals to meet the specific pain points of our ICP's
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for pipeline creation, demo's booked and deals closed
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline and forecasts in our CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps  and Product teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve messaging and workflows
What we're looking for
  • 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with a focus on legal tech or data services.
  • Proven success in outbound sales motions, with a hunter mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Comfortable selling into complex buying groups and working with legal professionals  (paralegals, legal Ops, attorneys).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written.
  • Organized and self-driven 
  • Based ideally in Toronto.
  • This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in our office at Richmond and Spadina in downtown Toronto
  • Demonstrated behaviours that reinforce Marbles values: Hunger, Humility, and Care.
Bonus points if you have
  • Prior experience selling into personal injury or mass tort law firms
  • Background in early stage start up environments with a build as you go mentality
  • Familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is 80,000 - $100,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for variable compensation tied to performance.
