Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their specific emotional and psychological needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on the emotional challenges of aging, such as coping with loss, loneliness, and life transitions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care plans for geriatric residents, incorporating input from various health professionals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling or a related field is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
