Missions principales :
La vente
- Assurer le service client selon les normes de la marque, en appliquant les techniques de vente en lien avec les formations dispensees par Mango;
- Contribuer activement au developpement des indicateurs commerciaux;
- Proposer les articles, tenues et accessoires correspondant aux besoins des clients
Travail en caisse :
- Traiter toutes les transactions de caisse de maniere fluide, efficace et precise afin de s'assurer que la fin de l'experience client dans le magasin soit optimum ;
- Effectuer le reassort de la caisse (emballage, boites cadeaux, rouleaux, etc.);
- Assurer la proprete des caisses
Travail en reserve :
- S'impliquer dans toutes les taches liees a l'exploitation des zones back office : livraison, reapprovisionnement, transferts d'entree et de sortie, exploitation des produits;
- Participer activement aux inventaires
Activites complementaires
- Connaitre et appliquer les regles de rangement et de presentation des lineaires et de merchandising;
- S'occuper du reassort;
- S'occuper de l'etiquetage;
- S'occuper du Click and Collect et des ventes onlines;
- Participer a la mise en place d'operations commerciales;
- Entretenir le magasin: s'assurer que la surface de vente est propre et accueillante
