Job description

Are you able to manage people while driving performance success?

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
  • Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
  • Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
  • Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
  • Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
  • Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
  • Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
  • Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required

What we require:

  • Valid driver's license (non CDL)
  • A clean driving record is great but not required
  • 21 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
  • Have experience driving a variety of vehicles
  • Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
