Job description

Job Description
As a R&O Maintenance Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing repair and overhaul maintenance operations. You will analyze maintenance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of the maintenance operations by providing insightful analysis and supporting decision-making processes that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze repair and overhaul maintenance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review and disposition Turn Around Time penalty claims for management review.
  • Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Assist in monitoring maintenance performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in repair and overhaul maintenance analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex maintenance data and identify actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools to support operational decision-making.
  • Knowledge of repair and overhaul processes, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate technical information effectively.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance analysis or repair and overhaul operations.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and project management principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
