About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our Data and Analytics department. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on designing dashboards. This role requires proficiency in Looker and a proven track record of creating professional and visually appealing dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to understand user requirements and business goals.
• Redesign existing dashboards to enhance their visual appeal and usability.
• Utilize Looker to create and optimize dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and design standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UX design, with a significant focus on dashboard design.
• Software Proficiency: Must have extensive experience with Looker.
• Design Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing professional dashboard designs.
• Research Skills: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
