Job description

Mars Roofing

is seeking experienced in-home sales professionals who know how to control a sales process, deliver a professional presentation, and close business at a high level.

This is not a canvassing role.
This is not a roof inspection role.
This is not an entry-level sales position.

We are looking for polished retail sales closers who can walk into a home, perform a thorough needs assessment, build value, present solutions professionally, overcome objections, and close deals consistently.

Our sales representatives are expected to maintain a minimum 33% closing rate while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

If you are a true in-home sales professional with experience in remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, baths, solar, or other one-call-close environments, we want to speak with you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home sales appointments generated by the company
  • Perform detailed customer needs assessments
  • Build rapport and establish trust quickly with homeowners
  • Deliver polished product and company presentations
  • Present pricing and financing options confidently
  • Handle objections professionally and effectively
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process
  • Execute proven closing sequences and ask for the sale
  • Maintain strong follow-up and communication throughout the sales process
  • Consistently achieve or exceed company sales KPIs and closing expectations
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of in-home sales closing experience
  • Proven track record in one-call-close or retail in-home sales
  • Experience in roofing, windows, siding, baths, HVAC, solar, or home improvement preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High-level objection handling and closing ability
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Comfortable discussing financing and large-ticket purchases
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

You should be comfortable asking for the sale directly and confidently.
