Job Description:

Mars Restoration is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In-Home Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. No prior sales or roofing experience is required—our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills you need to succeed in the roofing industry.

About the Role: Help Homeowners: Assist homeowners with storm damage claims and offer roofing solutions to protect their properties.

  • Receive Training: Gain hands-on experience with expert mentorship to help you build your roofing sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Homeowners: Educate homeowners on our roofing services and provide professional recommendations.
  • Conduct Roof Inspections: Assess roofing conditions and provide accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Close Sales: Meet performance targets by successfully closing roofing sales and driving business growth.
  • Learn Roofing Systems: Gain knowledge of various roofing materials and systems to better serve clients.
  • Represent Mars Restoration: Uphold our reputation by providing ethical, professional service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with homeowners and clearly explain roofing services.
  • Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic: Motivated, goal-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
  • No Prior Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
