Position Overview

Lyra Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team as a full-time member. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or family systems therapy.
• Develop customized treatment plans outlining client objectives, interventions, and progress monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, which may involve risk assessments and developing personalized safety planning for high-risk clients.
• Act as an advocate for clients, connecting them with essential community resources, and providing ongoing case management support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and destigmatize mental illness within the local population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Lyra Behavioral Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your role is crucial in influencing positive patient outcomes, as you will utilize therapeutic techniques that address each client’s unique cultural background and personal experiences.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health issues and cultural competency in working with diverse populations.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to facilitate positive therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital platforms for therapy delivery is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
