What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to a senior executive
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Coordinate client meetings and assist with meeting preparation
• Help manage and organize executive email communications
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist with general office inquiries
• Greet visitors and help maintain a professional, welcoming office environment
• Assist with company events and event coordination
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Keep conference rooms, common areas, and kitchen spaces organized and stocked
• Handle general correspondence, filing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks
• Pitch in on miscellaneous projects and office needs as they arise

• 2+ years of experience supporting a senior-level executive
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills and a positive, approachable demeanor
• Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can shift
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Someone who genuinely enjoys being in a support role and helping things run efficiently
