Are you an ERP problem solver who is passionate about supporting customers? At JMA Maskindata, we are looking for a dedicated and service-minded ERP consultant who will become an expert in our in-house developed DSM solution, which is primarily used by dealers of agricultural and construction machinery in Denmark.

What do we offer?

At JMA Maskindata, you will have the opportunity to work with a number of exciting tasks, both nationally and internationally, where you will contribute to creating value for our customers. You will work with our in-house developed DSM solution, based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, which is used by all our customers. The tasks vary from customer to customer, and can be simple problems in the DSM system itself to complex integrations with customers' third-party products such as Continia and Power Apps.

As an ERP consultant, you will be part of a competent team that handles customer inquiries from our office in Eslöv near Lund, Sweden. You will be responsible for helping customers via phone and email, and this is where your curiosity and analytical sense play an important role. Before you can propose the right solution, you need to understand the customer's challenges – and that's exactly what makes your job exciting!

If a customer case cannot be resolved by you, you are responsible for having it described so well that it can be forwarded to our escalation team in Denmark, who then take over the case. Here you will be included in our solution proposal so that the customer gets a satisfactory answer.

Together with the rest of JMA, you will be trained in our new joint solution Aptean Equipment DMS, which will be the solution new and existing customers will be offered in the future.

Who are you?

We are looking for a person who has:

· Practical experience in finance and warehousing, and preferably from a support function

· Practical and documented experience with NAV/BC or other ERP systems

· Your entry into the position can be a practical background as a controller/accountant or consultant, where NAV/BC or another ERP system has been your primary work tool

· Used to a lot of customer contact via phone and email

· Proactive in helping customers move forward, as some tasks may be urgent

· You are fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

· You are curious and ask questions to understand the deeper connections.

· You work in a structured way with testing and providing solution proposals
