Supporting the Senior Executive of Logan Health Shelby and Logan Health Conrad

As Executive Assistant to the Senior Executive of Logan Health Logan Health Conrad, you will serve as a trusted partner to the executive leading two critical access hospitals that provide care across Montana's Hi-Line.

This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You will work alongside hospital leadership, physicians, board members, community leaders, and system executives while helping coordinate the people, projects, meetings, and communications that keep two organizations moving forward.

You'll help prepare board meetings, coordinate leadership initiatives, support community engagement efforts, manage high-level communications, and serve as a key connection point between leadership teams, medical staff, board members, and community stakeholders.

For someone who enjoys being involved, solving problems, creating order from complexity, and serving as a trusted resource to leadership, this is a role where you can make a meaningful impact every day.

It is also a unique opportunity to gain exposure to healthcare leadership and hospital operations while working directly alongside an experienced healthcare executive.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

You won't spend your days simply managing calendars.

Instead, you'll help coordinate board meetings, prepare executive presentations, organize regional leadership discussions, support community events, manage important communications, and keep projects moving forward across two hospitals.

One morning may involve preparing board materials and finalizing executive reports. Another may be spent coordinating physician meetings, organizing a community event, helping plan employee engagement activities, or working with leaders across multiple departments to prepare for upcoming initiatives.

You will be trusted to anticipate needs, solve problems, follow through on commitments, and help create the structure that allows leaders to focus on leading.

No two weeks look exactly the same.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

This position is based in Shelby, Montana.

While the schedule is generally Monday through Friday, flexibility is required. Board meetings, community events, and leadership activities occasionally require early mornings or evening attendance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide executive-level support to the Senior Executive of Logan Health

  • Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities

  • Prepare agendas, board packets, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

  • Coordinate board meetings, medical staff meetings, leadership meetings, and regional committees

  • Record and distribute meeting minutes

  • Track action items and follow up on assignments and deadlines

  • Create professional presentations and executive communications

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and community events

  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, physicians, board members, staff, and community stakeholders

  • Support special projects and operational initiatives across both facilities

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills required

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas, formatting, reporting, and data organization

  • Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills

  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and related Microsoft applications

  • Ability to learn and utilize new technology tools, including AI-assisted applications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or professional support role required

  • Ability to type a minimum of 65 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
