THE JOB
We're looking for an Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing to join our team! Reporting into the Senior Director of Influencer Marketing, this influencer, live event and pop-culture obsessed marketer will be responsible for helping manage creators and brand campaigns across the entire campaign cycle.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Plan, manage and execute influencer campaigns for Live Nation Sponsorship from start to finish. Manage all communication between internal and external teams (internal brand managers, sales teams, creators, brand clients, and more)
  • Source and thoroughly vet potential influencers for Live Nation sponsorship campaigns
  • Analyze backend analytics to create campaign reports, case studies, wrap-reports and comprehensive learnings
  • Manage paid media buys to meet campaign goals. Includes facilitating whitelisting access setup with influencers through Meta and TikTok
  • Create, track and manage organizational documents for campaigns including budgets, workback schedules, content calendars, travel, etc.
  • Book travel for influencers, including flights, hotels, etc.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Facilitate access to Live Nation and external events for creators
  • Occasional on-site execution/influencer handling at concerts and festivals (weekends)
  • Facilitate timely influencer invoice payments

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications
  • 2+ years of experience in a full-time influencer marketing role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the latest trends
  • Experience with Creator IQ or similar CRM/management platform
  • Willingness to travel to events for influencer handling/wrangling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn basic formulas and functions
  • Strong analytical and comprehension skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be highly organized
  • Strong written communication
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with different levels of the organization
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
