Life Transformative Healing Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our community health clinic, you will provide remote clinical counseling services to a diverse client population. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological health effectively.
• Design personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, diagnoses, and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver therapeutic counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based practices that facilitate positive change.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients by providing a non-judgmental and empathetic environment that encourages openness and trust.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to address specific client needs.
• Assist clients in identifying, understanding, and transforming harmful behaviors and thought patterns through structured guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive coordinated care for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, teenagers, adults, and first responders. Each client presents unique challenges and backgrounds, allowing you to apply your skills in a variety of contexts. Your work will make a significant impact on clients' lives as you help them navigate personal crises, trauma, and mental health disorders, ultimately contributing to their healing and recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in mental health counseling within a private practice or healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or supplementary training in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, adult therapy, or couples therapy.
• Proven skills in patient assessment and the development of tailored treatment strategies to address individual client needs.
• Experience using telehealth technologies effectively to provide remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong financial package, we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your health and well-being.
