Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to create individualized therapy strategies that address their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to provide effective treatment.
• Deliver diverse therapeutic sessions to groups, families, couples, and individuals while adapting strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, tracking client progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay informed on the latest mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
