Position Overview

We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our supportive team at Life Partners Counseling Center. This full-time, W2 position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while allowing you to focus on transforming the lives of our clients through your expertise in mental health counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques and methodologies to address a range of client issues.
• Monitor client progress through established treatment plans, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical doctors, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care, including regular communication on client status and needs.
• Implement strategies to identify and prevent behaviors that may hinder recovery, providing psychoeducation as required.
• Support family members and primary caregivers in understanding their loved ones' mental health challenges and offer tools to assist in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required. A master's degree in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Proven experience in a mental health counselor role or similar capacity, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to client care.
• Relevant certifications and licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.

Preferred Experience

• In-depth knowledge of pharmacological treatments and their implications on mental health treatment.
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and formulating treatment plans based on client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate efficient client management.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
