Job description

Job Title: General Production WorkerJob Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a climate-controlled environment where you can enjoy listening to music or watching movies while working. We are currently looking for individuals for the 1st Shift Screen Printer and Mini Mill Operator roles.

Responsibilities
  • For Screen Printers: Attach screens to machines, pour paint onto screens, and press buttons to apply paint onto products repeatedly throughout the shift. Maintain a clean area to prevent contamination of paint or finished products. Participate in cross-training in other areas.
  • For Mini Mill Operators: Remove excess metal from parts received from the Die Cast machine, rinse and stage them for painting. Perform wiping operations as trained, remove paint and repaint turnbacks/rejects if necessary, process all required paperwork, and maintain quality standards. Remove any damaged parts from the line.

Work Environment

1st shift operates from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm with flexibility for daycare needs, and Fridays from 5:30 am to 11:30 am. 2nd shift is from Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm to 12:00 am. Shipping hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The environment encourages safe work habits and adherence to safety guidelines. There is no requirement for prior forklift experience, but it's a plus if you have driven one before.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Wing, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
