    Remote Outbound Sales Representative

    About the Role
    As a Remote Sales Representative, you will educate callers about the importance of preventive health screenings and recommend services based on their individual health risks and needs.
    This is a consultative sales role ideal for someone who is compassionate, driven, and confident speaking with customers over the phone.
    What You'll Do
    • Make 100-150 outbound calls per shift to returning customers
    • Gather relevant health information to better understand customer needs
    • Educate customers on the benefits of preventive health screenings and early detection
    • Use a consultative sales approach to recommend medically relevant services
    • Schedule appointments and process payments over the phone
    • Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
    • Help customers understand the value of annual screenings through effective communication and education
    What We're Looking For
    Required Qualifications
    • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
    • Strong consultative sales and communication skills
    • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
    • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Stable work history
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
    • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
    Work From Home Requirements
    • Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download 10mbps upload
    • Reliable hard-wired internet connection preferred
