Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while delivering telehealth services. You will engage with clients through our secure telehealth platform, which has been designed for privacy and ease of use. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, challenges, and personal goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline a clear roadmap for client progress and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during sessions, adapting approaches to best serve each client’s circumstances.
• Navigating crisis intervention situations with professionalism and empathy, providing immediate support and guidance as needed.
• Participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on pre-screened, low-acuity clients who are often seeking support for mild to moderate mental health challenges. This demographic includes individuals managing stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and other relevant concerns. Your role is crucial in aiding these individuals in their journey towards better mental health through effective, individualized counseling.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• A client-centered approach, emphasizing empathy and understanding in all interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in telehealth settings or working with diverse populations may be prioritized. Familiarity with specific therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is also favorable.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
