Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health challenges and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
  • Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, providing consistent progress tracking and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Offer teletherapy services, supporting clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions for convenience.
  • Maintain precise documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Life Bridge Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families navigating issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. Qualifications
  • Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

  • Demonstrated empathy, an open-minded approach, and a nonjudgmental demeanor in understanding clients’ experiences and struggles.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Prior experience in outpatient settings, providing therapy for individuals dealing with addiction issues, trauma, or mental health disorders.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing clinical practices in mental health.
