Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administer and oversee various software solutions, including module setup, user management, and troubleshooting for optimal functionality.
  • Regularly synchronize solutions with the ERP system to create, terminate, and update user accounts based on weekly data files.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing BI reporting tools to present data findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on using the software and understanding data reports.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and system efficiencies.
  • Implement best practices for data governance and quality control.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and software administration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet dynamic organizational needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in BI reporting tools, Excel, and data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various teams or independently.
