• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to ascertain their physical condition and rehabilitation needs, developing personalized treatment plans aimed at recovery from injuries, diseases, or surgeries.
• Implement therapy using evidence-based methods, which may include exercises, manual therapies, and appropriate equipment to address mobility issues and pain management.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes and maximum potential performance.
• Offer guidance on the selection and use of assistive devices that may support patient self-care and ambulation, educating patients and families on their effective usage.
• Facilitate educational sessions for patients, caregivers, and health team members to promote understanding of therapy techniques and self-management.
• Stay abreast of advancements in the field of physical therapy by participating in workshops, reviewing relevant literature, and engaging in professional networks.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from children recovering from sports injuries to seniors with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and other electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and agility in treatment approaches.

• While prior work experience is not required, candidates with hands-on clinical experience through internships or practicums are encouraged to apply.
