Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of experience as a Form Carpenter (or 1+ year as a helper)
  2. Knowledge of commonly used form systems
  3. Authorized to work in the U.S.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent
  5. Able to stand, lift, and work outdoors
  6. Able to pass a post-offer drug screen and physical
  7. Own hand tools and work boots
  8. OSHA 10
  9. Must pass federal background check and drug test
Responsibilities
  1. Assemble concrete form systems as directed by the Foreman and/or Superintendent
  2. Install formwork ties, turnbuckles, wedge bolts, walers, and form support systems
  3. Build custom concrete forms, including bulkheads and construction joints
  4. Work 40+ hours per week (often 6–7 days/week, depending on the project)
  5. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
