  • Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based therapies for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
  • A thorough understanding of the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in integrated care settings or with clients experiencing co-occurring disorders is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices essential for maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance.
