Située à Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, notre entreprise est à la recherche d’un(e) nouveau superviseur(e) de production pour compléter une équipe déjà composée de trois superviseurs et participer activement à la croissance de nos opérations.

ResponsabilitésTon rôle
Relevant du/de la directeur(trice) de production, tu travailleras en collaboration avec les autres superviseurs pour planifier, organiser et contrôler les activités de production. Ton rôle est d’assurer l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels, tout en maintenant un environnement sécuritaire et performant.
Responsabilités principales
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de superviseurs pour organiser les opérations de production
- Coordonner les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs
- Participer à l’approvisionnement des matières premières et au suivi des inventaires
- Superviser et soutenir les employés dans plusieurs départements
- Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail et de qualité
- Former et intégrer les nouveaux employés
- Collaborer avec les autres départements pour résoudre les enjeux opérationnels
- Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation de l’usine
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de production

- DEC ou BAC en génie mécanique ou dans un domaine connexe
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire en milieu manufacturier
- Expérience en Lean manufacturing et Kanban

- Leadership collaboratif et aptitude à travailler en équipe
- Bonne communication avec tous les niveaux hiérarchiques
