You will be the Program Manufacturing Engineer supporting Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) operations. Our team is responsible for creating and improving manufacturing strategies for complex missile assemblies, and we play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions for technical and organizational challenges moving from development to production.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving improvement initiatives that support ARRW production. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting and participating in the strategy and execution of cost reduction initiatives across LM Sites and supply base.
Support design, fabrication, assembly, validation, and deployment of manufacturing tools and processes.
Influencing design for manufacturability and ensuring producibility of production hardware design.
Communicate risks and program status to functional leaders and internal stakeholders.
Oversee manufacturing engineering processes and sit MBOM alignment.
