As a Driver Recruiter at Knight Transportation, you'll play a critical role in connecting professional drivers with opportunities that support their goals and livelihood. You'll be the first voice drivers hear and a trusted guide throughout their hiring journey - helping them take the next step in their careers while supporting one of the industry's most respected transportation companies.
Pay Range:$20-$24 hourly+ uncapped commissionthrough the Driver Recruiter (Inside Sales) Commissions Program.

- Act Fast:Jump on new driver leads the same day they come in, connecting through calls, texts, and emails.
- Inform & Inspire:Clearly explain our pay, benefits, facilities, and dedicated routes to help drivers find their best fit.

- Own the Journey:Be the driver's guide from first contact to their first day on the job, ensuring a smooth, positive experience every step of the way.
What Makes you a great fit?
- Experience in customer service or recruiting - especially in a fast-paced,sales-focusedenvironment
- Proven success connecting with people over the phone (inbound or inside sales experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and stellar organizational habits
- High school diploma or equivalent required
