Job Description
We are currently seeking a TEMP OS & Corporate Gifting Portfolio Specialist to join our Order Portfolio team in Bridgewater, NJ.
Your opportunity
Maintain and further enhance the luxury customer service experience directly supporting our North American Commercial Optical Sales Team by meeting both the organization and operational targets to maximize business opportunities.
The OS & Corporate Gifting Portfolio Specialist is responsible for managing customer account setup, order processing, portfolio monitoring, and order release activities across the OS & GT sales channel.
How you will contribute
GT Sales Channel Management
  • Create and maintain customer accounts within internal systems.
  • Process and enter customer orders and credits accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor open order portfolios to ensure alignment with customer requirements and product availability
  • Investigate and resolve order-related issues impacting fulfillment

NCA Account Management
  • Prepare and distribute the weekly NCA order form
  • Coordinate order uploads in partnership with the Commercial Strategy team
  • Monitor NCA order portfolios and shipment activity to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Manage daily order releases
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve order blocks, allocation issues, and shipment delays

Reporting & Order Release Management
  • Manage and review daily reporting to support timely order processing and release
  • Escalate issues impacting order flow and recommend corrective actions.

Backorder Portfolio Management
  • Conduct regular reviews of the backorder portfolio to identify discrepancies and fulfillment risks.
  • Investigate inventory, allocation, and order status issues affecting backorders.
  • Modify, update, or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled based on product availability and business requirements.
  • Communicate order changes and fulfillment impacts to relevant stakeholders.

Who you are
  • You have 2+ years of work experience with Order Portfolio Management
  • You can prove working knowledge of SAP and BI
  • You can prove solid working knowledge of Office Pack, Excel in particular
  • You have very good business knowledge of order-to-cash flows
  • You are detail-oriented and business-driven
  • You are a problem-solver with strong focus on results
  • You are well spoken, confident with strong communication skills
  • Capable of working under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
