Job description

We're in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.
This type of work-work that changes the world-is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
The Director, North America Field Alliances will be responsible for driving execution, engagement, evangelism, and activation of Everpure's most strategic technology alliances across North America. This role sits at the center of Everpure's field organization, global alliances, channel ecosystem, and partner community to accelerate pipeline creation, co-sell execution, solution adoption, and revenue growth.
This leader will serve as the primary interface between the North America field organization and the Global Alliances team - translating global alliance strategy into actionable regional execution plans while driving field engagement, seller activation, channel alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role requires a highly visible leader who can energize sales teams, influence executive stakeholders, operationalize co-sell motions, activate channel and GSI ecosystems, and create scalable programs that drive pipeline and bookings impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead the North America field execution strategy for Everpure's top strategic technology alliances.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes including pipeline generation, sourced opportunities, bookings influence, co-sell engagement, and net-new logo acquisition.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Global Alliances, North America Sales Leadership, Channel, Marketing, and Systems Engineering teams to ensure aligned execution and accountability.
  • Build and execute regional alliance business plans aligned to Everpure's strategic priorities including AI Factory, Cyber Resilience, Cloud, Modern Virtualization, and Data Platform initiatives.
  • Evangelize joint value propositions and "Better Together" narratives internally and externally to energize sellers, channel partners, GSIs, and customers.
  • Drive field engagement and seller activation through enablement, sales plays, campaigns, executive alignment, North America QBRs, and joint account planning.
  • Partner closely with North America sales leadership and theater teams to embed alliance motions into core sales execution and pipeline development activities.
  • Collaborate with Channel and GSI organizations to expand reach, accelerate demand generation, and operationalize scalable partner-led motions.
  • Identify and activate strategic channel partners, MSPs and GSIs to amplify joint solutions and accelerate enterprise adoption.
  • Facilitate joint marketing initiatives, demand generation campaigns, workshops, roadshows, and customer engagement activities with alliance partners.
  • Support co-sell execution including opportunity alignment, marketplace motions, funding programs, partner incentives, PoCs, pilots, and executive escalations.
  • Establish operational rigor through business reviews, reporting, KPI tracking, and field feedback mechanisms to continuously improve execution and visibility.
  • Serve as the voice of the North America field back into Global Alliances, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure regional priorities and market dynamics are represented upstream.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 10+ years of experience in Alliances, Channel, Sales, Business Development, or Ecosystem Leadership roles within enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience driving strategic partnerships and field engagement motions at scale across enterprise sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, virtualization, and/or data platform ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline, accelerating co-sell execution, and influencing revenue outcomes through partnerships.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Partner organizations.
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to translate strategy into scalable execution.
  • High-energy, highly accountable leader who operates with urgency, resilience, creativity, and a bias toward action.
  • Proven ability to energize field sellers and create momentum across large matrixed organizations.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience working with or alongside major ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, Cisco, NVIDIA, AWS, Red Hat, VMware, Nutanix, Commvault, Rubrik, or Veeam strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across North America.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
