Compensation
Average annual earnings range from approximately $80,000 to $110,000 depending on route and schedule.

Driver Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle
Transport freight between distribution centers and customer locations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs
Communicate with dispatch and operations teams
Minimum Driver Qualifications
Minimum 21 years of age
Valid Class A CDL
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 2 of the last 3 years
Must be licensed in the state of residence within 30 days if relocating
Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following:
3 months tractor-trailer experience within the last 6 months with CDL school completed within the past year
6 months tractor-trailer experience within the past year
1 year tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years
Safety Requirements
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
No more than 1 serious moving violation within the past 3 years
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No major preventable accidents in the past 3 years
