What you will do:- ย Provide phone and in-person support to users
- ย Support users with e-mail, directories, and standard Windows desktop applications
- ย Troubleshoot applications developed under the contract
- ย Serve as initial point of contact for hardware/software issues
- ย Troubleshoot PC and printer problems
ย ย
What you will bring:ย
- ย 2 years of experience in help desk or technical support
- ย CompTIA A+ certification
- ย Experience with Windows desktop applications
- ย Knowledge of e-mail systems and directories
- ย PC and printer troubleshooting skills
- ย Strong customer service and communication skills
How you will wow us:- ย Prior experience supporting DoD or DISA end users
- ย Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
- ย Ability to work on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA
- ย CompTIA A+ certification
- ย Experience with DoD help desk ticketing systems
- ย Familiarity with military network environments and protocols
