Position Overview

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support outbound lead generation and AI-driven sales systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists
  • Prospect and qualify new customers through outbound calls
  • Use AI tools and lead platforms to source and validate contacts
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Refine and improve sales scripts to effectively pitch services
  • Organize and manage all communication with leads, ensuring timely and relevant responses
  • Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and enhance product visibility

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, facilities, real estate, or related trades
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is proactive and comfortable with outbound calls
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Effective follow-up skills

Technical Experience

  • HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • AI outreach platforms
  • Lead generation tools and list building
  • MS Office or Google WorkSpace, including Excel / Google Sheets
