Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and overall function, using assessments tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, aligning with patient goals and recovery timelines.
  • Provide hands-on care that includes manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional movement training, ensuring patients understand their treatment protocols.
  • Engage in regular case discussions with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes and share insights on patient progress.
  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, injury prevention strategies, and at-home exercise regimens to ensure continued progress outside the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring compliance and high-quality care delivery.
  • Contribute positively to the clinic culture by sharing knowledge, supporting teammates, and participating in team-building activities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Integro, you will work with a diverse patient population, including athletes seeking rehabilitation from sports injuries, individuals recovering from surgical procedures, and those managing chronic pain conditions. This variety allows for the application of different therapeutic techniques and continuous learning. As part of our commitment to personalized care, you'll engage with each patient directly, developing rapport and tailoring your approach to meet their unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A current Physical Therapy License in Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and medical teams.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills to identify patient concerns and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care, ensuring that all treatment decisions prioritize the best interests of those we serve.
  • Proficient organizational skills that enable you to manage patient loads effectively while maintaining high standards of documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of clinical experience in outpatient settings, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
  • Advanced training or certification in specialized areas such as vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, or dry needling.
  • A background that demonstrates a proactive approach to professional development and a desire to pursue continuing education opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
