Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to offer accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Engage patients in meaningful conversations about their treatment plans, ensuring they are informed and comfortable.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop patient-centered treatment strategies.
• Administer acupuncture therapies effectively, making use of various techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Manage time efficiently to treat multiple clients per hour while maintaining exceptional care standards.
• Stay current with new acupuncture techniques and treatment protocols, actively seeking to integrate innovative approaches into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patients will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and health issues, including those seeking treatment for chronic pain, stress-related conditions, and general wellness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Graduation from an accredited acupuncture school.
• Certification by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
• Current acupuncture license in Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in acupuncture practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-focused care.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic or similar healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26 to $29, based on experience.
