Work Environment

As a full-time Acupuncturist at Integrated Wellness Acupuncture, you will work onsite in our outpatient office, which provides a calming and serene environment for both practitioners and patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health histories and current conditions to develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to each individual.
• Administer acupuncture treatments, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients throughout the process; skillfully place needles while engaging patients in supportive conversation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including herbalists, nutritionists, and massage therapists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the diverse needs of patients.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills by efficiently seeing multiple patients during a shift while maintaining a high quality of care.
• Stay up-to-date with new acupuncture techniques and treatment protocols through ongoing education and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Acupuncture or a related field from an accredited institution.

While a minimum of two years of experience as a practicing acupuncturist is required, candidates with advanced specializations in areas such as pain management, mental health, or pediatrics will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits
