What You'll Do:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems
  • Support recruiting and onboarding activities as needed
  • Assist with general office tasks and administrative projects
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
