Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while you engage with clients in a supportive outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and establish therapeutic goals.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances, reflecting a deep understanding of each client's unique situation.
  • Providing regular therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and family systems therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, primarily encompassing families and individuals dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. You will empower clients by providing them with coping strategies, resources, and a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
  • An active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a commitment to quality care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.

Preferred Experience
