Insightful Therapy Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor with credentials in LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT to join our remote team. Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Our commitment to maintaining a seamless workflow includes administrative support for scheduling and billing, ensuring that you can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
• Work closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting the treatment plan as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services to provide convenient and accessible care for clients, especially beneficial for those facing geographical or physical barriers.
• Document interactions and treatment details promptly and accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices by engaging in ongoing professional development and training within our evidence-based treatment frameworks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, who often face unique mental health challenges during pivotal developmental stages. Understanding the intricacies of this population is crucial, as you will encounter various issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other mental health disorders. Your expertise and compassionate approach will significantly contribute to empowering these individuals and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.
• Proficiency in technology, particularly in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a neat and professional presentation.
• Empathetic engagement and active listening skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Comfortable working from home, with a reliable internet connection and a privacy-compliant workspace to maintain client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, demonstrating an understanding of their specific needs.
• Willingness to participate in training on our evidence-based treatment pathways to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Certification(s) in evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar approaches, are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a robust compensation package, our benefits include:
