Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on various responsibilities essential to delivering quality mental health care:

  • Conduct holistic clinical assessments to identify client needs and strengths, crafting individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to suit client preferences and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, upholding HIPAA standards and ensuring transparency in client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social work professionals to synchronize care efforts, enhancing patient support systems.
  • Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, utilizing a collaborative approach to enhance therapeutic efficacy across the organization.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment methodologies, and available community resources to facilitate a supportive network.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health research and incorporate this knowledge into clinical practice to improve treatment effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various social challenges. Your role will emphasize culturally competent care, recognizing and addressing the unique backgrounds and needs of each client. This position allows for substantial relationship-building, as you guide clients through their mental health journeys while equipping them with skills for lasting improvement.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • At least three years of direct clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
  • Proficiency with solution-focused interventions and a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate complex patient scenarios effectively.
  • The ability to function excellently in both independent and team capacities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with community-based mental health resources and support services.
  • Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic setting or community health program.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
