Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to foster healing and emotional growth.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health providers to create a holistic, coordinated approach to care.
• Offer crisis intervention, comprehensive risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to safeguard client well-being.
• Document session details meticulously to comply with ethical and legal standards, including maintaining confidentiality and upholding clients' rights.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and community connection for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges widely and includes individuals facing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years’ experience working within a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, showcasing a track record of delivering effective therapeutic interventions and support to clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, with performance-based bonuses enhancing your earning potential.
