Inner Harmony Therapy is actively seeking dedicated and licensed mental health professionals to join our expanding telehealth counselor network. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions using a video conferencing platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Implement solution-focused treatment methodologies to address the unique mental health needs of each client.
• Develop thorough and personalized treatment plans based on your clients' backgrounds, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotional experiences, fostering an understanding of feelings and relationships.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adapting strategies as necessary to facilitate effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults coping with a range of mental health challenges. At Inner Harmony Therapy, we recognize the importance of holistic and tailored approaches to therapy, aiming to support individuals in building lifelong coping strategies that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current, state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing independent practice – please specify your licensing credentials upon application.
• No provisional or limited licenses accepted; candidates must demonstrate a clear track record with no disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• A high level of computer literacy, with a reliable computer featuring webcam and audio capabilities for effective video sessions.
• Dependable internet connection to support teletherapy activities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth practices and remote work environments will be beneficial for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, based on hours worked.
