Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems theories, to promote healing and personal growth.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to clients, ensuring accessibility for individuals facing transportation difficulties or those preferring remote care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapeutic sessions and client progress to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills, with an emphasis on the latest therapeutic trends and evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes individuals facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As an LMFT, you will work closely with clients of all ages, utilizing a solution-focused approach to address their unique circumstances and fostering an environment that respects their diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, with substantial training in clinical practice.
• Proficient in cultivating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment through strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exhibit empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients to facilitate their healing journey.
