Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions that utilize tailored therapeutic techniques, fostering personal growth and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly tracking progress to ensure adaptiveness and efficacy in treatment.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus predominantly on diverse groups of clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Inner Balance Therapy strives to create a safe and welcoming space for all individuals to share their stories and seek healing.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, enabling you to efficiently manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy for substance abuse and addiction is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment.
• Previous experience working in a remote or outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
