Reporting to the Director of Design for Reliability, you'll play a critical role in setting best practices and delivering sustainable solutions that impact operations worldwide.As a Principal Rotating Equipment Engineer with deep expertise in rotating equipment will lead global technical initiatives and CAPEX projects across all business segments. As the Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovation, reliability, and performance in mechanical systems while shaping engineering standards and mentoring cross-functional teams. You will report to the Director, Design for Reliability.

What you will do:Lead the design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of mechanical components and systems.Develop and implement global engineering standards for process equipment design, fabrication, and maintenance.Support CAPEX project execution from concept through installation and commissioning.Apply "Design for Reliability" principles to ensure robust and sustainable equipment performance.Evaluate engineering calculations, specifications, and datasheets to deliver complete technical definitions for rotating equipment.Conduct technical bid evaluations, supplier selection, and oversee vendor engagement, design reviews, and inspections.Contribute to maintenance programs, Best Operating Practices (BOP), and critical routines to optimize reliability. What you will bring:Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement to resolve complex technical and business challenges.Advanced data modeling and analytical skills to drive informed decisions.Ability to identify gaps and implement improvements for global safety and quality compliance.Expertise in introducing best-in-class technologies and driving innovation across multiple sites.Proven leadership in mentoring engineers and fostering cross-functional teamwork.
