About this Role

IFSย InfraSourceย is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The Office Managerย is responsible forย overseeing daily office operations, providing administrativeย support, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the office. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, leadership, and external partners and supports a productive, organized, and professional work environment.ย 

What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationshipsย 
  • Serve as a liaison between office staff, leadership, andย field employeesย 
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees, includingย workspace setup,ย technology requests, drug testing,ย localย facilitation of new hire orientation,ย and new hire paperworkย 
  • Maintainย accurateย records includingย vendorย invoices,ย receipts, andย adherence to office budgetย 
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, corporate policies, and local regulationsย 
  • Assistย with planning and coordinating meetings, events, andย trainingsย 
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and office visitors in a professional mannerย 
  • Support general employee engagement efforts within the officeย 
  • Monitor and improve administrative processes to increase efficiencyย 
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or managementย 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailย 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)ย 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsย 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesย
