Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused strategies to promote client growth and well-being.
• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly reviewing progress to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face location or mobility barriers, thus broadening your reach to those in need.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, demonstrating professionalism and responsibility in client care.
• Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues that affect their daily lives. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to work through their challenges. With an emphasis on individualized care, you will tailor your therapeutic approach based on each client's unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and create trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage caseloads and complete necessary documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Additional certifications in relevant therapy modalities or specialties.
• Experience working in a private practice or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
